We offer multiple shapes, and sizes that can be specified to fit in any space and meet any need - from high end executive offices to reception areas. The reception and desking product can be created from a combination of woods and laminates, and can be accented with stone, overlays, metals, glass or any material to meet your design needs. The offering in our price list is just the beginning of what we can create for you, modifications can be made to meet your needs for space, accessories or whatever is needed to create the perfect design centerpiece in your office. We also have a wide variety of Technology Solutions to meet your power and data needs.

In new construction and remodeling projects, reception centers are often specified through the General Contractor as part of the building “real property”. Real Property is defined as buildings and their structural components, permanent structures and certain land improvements. If a reception center is installed as real property, it is depreciated over 39 years and would not qualify for a special depreciation allowance or Section 179 expense. If the reception center is installed as free standing office furniture, it may qualify as 7 year property. Under current tax law, special accelerated depreciation deductions such as Section 179 expense or bonus depreciation are available on qualified 7 year property.

Colecraft Custom Designer© is an exclusive process developed by Colecraft that provides simultaneous design, engineering and specification of Colecraft Furniture. If desired, this process can be completed while you watch and participate with input via “Go to Meeting.”

Step 1: Choose a Colecraft Pre-Designed Solution that closely meets your requirements for function, styling, scale, features and budget. These can be found in the 2011 Colecraft Price List or at colecraftcf.com. Identify what you would like to customize from the standard design:

Step 2: Contact Colecraft customer service at 800.622.2777 or quotes@colecraftcf.com. Provide us with the starting model number and a list of the changes you would like and a budget range if available. We will customize the product to your requests and provide you with a line drawing. We can also schedule a "Go to Meeting" session with one of our designers where you can interact, provide real time input ans watch the design take shape.

Note: On December 17, 2010 the Jobs Creation Act was signed into Law allowing for 100% bonus depreciation on qualified property, including new office furniture purchased in 2011. This dramatically adds to the potential savings related to furniture purchases.
